Clinical Hospital Pharmacist - Pharmacotherapy & Patient Care

Sharp HealthCare seeks a pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting. You will apply clinical knowledge for dosing, drug interactions, and patient counseling, collaborating with physicians and nurses to optimize therapy. The role requires CA Pharmacist License, and BLS/ACLS certifications (ACLS within 90 days). Weekend on-call as needed, with competitive pay and benefits.
