This position will report to the Lead Optometric Assistant. Pay range: $21-$27/hr (AND BONUS OPPORTUNITY) Job Responsibilities Facilitate financial discussions with delinquent accounts Achieve patient conversion results Assist with phone calls and patient check-out Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of office processes, including but not limited to, scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications Previous sales experience desired Previous experience in a dental practice a plus Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time Knowledge of variousinsurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Preferred knowledge of Dolphin Database, eCW, Google Docs, scanning functions, and Office, Word, and Excel Bilingual a plus In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hero Practice Services
