Associate Director - Credit Risk - Securitization

Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?Provide effective risk assessment, credit analysis, adjudication and monitoring of an Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) portfolio.What will you do?Assess and monitor Asset Backed Securities (ABS) borrowers across commercial and consumer ABS asset classesEvaluate less established / less granular ABS asset classes (Fiber, Data Centers, etc) and incorporate operating risks into assessmentsProvide effective risk assessment, credit analysis, adjudication and monitoring of assigned portfolioAssign ratings to ABS borrowers and continuously monitor portfolio for ratings accuracyWork closely with the business line on risks of new transactions under consideration and provide feedback and guidance as requiredImplement quantitative analytical methods and related technology-based tools to analyze data to effectively monitor, measure, and manage credit risksEnsure credit transactions are following credit risk management policies and procedures, limits, and guidelinesWhat do you need to succeed?3+ years experience with Securitization or Structured Products.
