Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Front DeskLocation: Middletown, RISchedule: Monday–Friday, First and Third ShiftsOverview:Arbor Associates is seeking a reliable and adaptable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a program in Middletown, RI. This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with direct care support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both administrative coordination and hands-on client interaction. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable shifting between responsibilities as program needs evolve.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiriesMaintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and guestsSupport administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling support, and general office coordinationProvide direct care support to individuals in the program, including assistance with daily living activities and engagementEnsure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program and state requirementsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care and coverageStep into DSP shifts as needed to support program operationsQualifications:Previous DSP experience or experience in human services preferredComfortable balancing administrative/front desk duties with direct care responsibilitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentReliable, professional, and team-orientedCPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)What Makes Someone Successful in This Role:Flexible and willing to jump in where neededStrong attention to detail, especially with documentation and communicationAble to create a positive first impression while maintaining professionalism under pressureComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamWhy Arbor Associates:At Arbor, we prioritize matching the right professionals with the right environments.
