Work Environment\nThis is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging with clients in a meaningful way. As a mental health counselor within our community health clinic model, you will utilize technology for virtual sessions, ensuring that geographic barriers do not prevent individuals from receiving necessary care. While maintaining the flexibility of remote work, you will interact regularly with colleagues and participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and emotional states to develop an accurate understanding of their needs. \n
- Create individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions. \n
- Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations. \n
- Maintain confidential and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops, seminars, and mentorship opportunities. \n
- Practice in accordance with ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). \n

Brave Health Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may be available through performance incentives. Our benefits package includes:
