Pay: $2,526.40 weekly


Shifts: 40 hrs, 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in home health to join a dedicated team in the Lancaster/Lebanon/Eastern York Counties area. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Conduct admission assessments and create individualized care plans
• Manage discharge due to safety or non-compliance and ensure comprehensive care transition
• Perform routine visits, start of care, and resumption of care assessments
• Provide wound care, medication assessment, and pain management
• Administer medications including intradermal, intramuscular, and intravenous infusions
• Apply infection control precautions and manage PCA pump operations

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Licensed ASN or BSN with BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in home health
• Experience with OASIS assessments
• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
