PGY3 Pathway Physician: Mentored Transition to Practice

Colorado Psychiatric

OptumCare in Colorado presents a Pathway Program for PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents, or fellows, to join our Primary Care Pathway. This temporary role is designed for residents in their final year who aim for a full‑time position with our group after residency.

The program trains physicians in next‑generation population health models within a team‑based practice, with options at New West facilities or virtual exposure, and a focus on work‑life balance and mentoring.
