Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse Flexible Schedules | USA

DF Booking Recruitment Services is hiring Licensed Practical and Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for flexible night and day shifts across Florida. This role is ideal for compassionate, motivated nurses who want to make a real impact while enjoying work-life balance and career growth opportunities.

Youll deliver personalized care to patients in home or clinical settings, supported by modern documentation tools and local clinical teams.

Night Nurses Needed Choose from:

8-hour or 12-hour night rotations
Full-time, part-time, or PRN options
Flexible coverage areas: Groveland, Ocala, Leesburg, and surrounding communities

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments under physician or RN supervision
Monitor patient conditions and record observations accurately
Provide personal care assistance and support daily activities
Maintain proper documentation using EMR systems (training provided)
Ensure infection control and safety compliance
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice Current CPR certification (hands-on) assistance available Recent TB test (within 12 months) Reliable transportation Minimum of six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred Compassionate attitude and strong ethical standards

Skills & Competencies:

Clinical Skills: Medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals Communication: Clear, professional, and empathetic interactions Decision-Making: Quick response to patient needs Team Collaboration: Works well with RNs, physicians, and support staff Patient Focus: Provides care with empathy and respect
