We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most energy efficient and effective air system solution.We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our LA Branch located in Cypress, CA.The selected candidate will:Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.The successful candidate's background will include:Related work experience and knowledge of operations managementHigh school diplomaGood communication skillsBi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)Good customer service skillsComputer skills, including proficiency in Google WorkspaceValid driver's license and good driving recordSAP experience preferredThis is a salary position, with an annual range of $75,000-$95,000 to commensurate with experience.
