About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the US West region. This high-visibility role is pivotal in leading all commercial and operational strategies within the region. The successful candidate will have P&L ownership, drive sales strategies for both customer retention and acquisition, and ensure operational excellence. A customer-first approach and a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving are essential, as the organization is dedicated to helping businesses navigate complex supply chains with speed, agility, and confidence. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of management experience in sales and operations, with a proven track record in P&L ownership. In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, particularly in the US West region, is a required qualification.
