Position Highlights

• Engage in a hospital-based academic role with a faculty position at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

• Deliver a well-rounded combination of outpatient clinic services, inpatient consultative care, and endoscopic procedures within a supportive team setting.

• Operate in our cutting-edge Outpatient Medical Center, which includes a modern Endoscopy Lab conducting over 120 general GI procedures weekly.

• Join a well-established Division of Digestive and Liver Health, featuring dedicated gastroenterology and hepatology clinics that accommodate over 300 patient visits monthly.

• Collaborate with 15 GI fellows from the University of Colorado, along with residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers, while contributing to the education of future physicians.

• Benefit from specialized interventional endoscopy support, allowing you to concentrate on comprehensive general Gastroenterology care.

• Engage in opportunities for clinical teaching, quality improvement projects, research, and other scholarly activities.

• Serve within one of the nation’s top safety-net health systems, providing care to diverse, underserved, refugee, and LGBTQ+ communities.

• Work collaboratively within a fully integrated health system that includes a Level I Trauma Center, nine community health centers, public health services, emergency medical services, and specialty care.

• This is a full-time role with compensation based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

• Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado.

• A strong commitment to high-quality patient care, education, and teamwork.
