Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
• Performs new machine installation, commissioning and customer training
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
• Ensures customer satisfaction through high quality service levels, prompt execution and customer follow up
• Acts in a professional, courteous and business-like manner to enhance the company in the market place.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• High School DiplomaA minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment
• Extensive Travel, up to 75%
• Ability to work up to 12 hours at times
• Availability for occasional weekend work
• Understanding of Hand Tools and mechanical techniques
• Computer Literate
• Some technical writing skills
• Ability to read Schematics, Diagrams and Technical manuals
• Must be able to function well, in an unsupervised position
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be able to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people
• Good organizational skills, particularly on site, are critical
• A minimum of a High School education is required
