About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to design, develop, and optimize personalized customer journeys. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, campaign automation, and customer engagement strategies. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, etc.)
  • Develop dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript and SQL .
  • Create and manage complex customer journeys, segmentation, and automation processes.
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize automation workflows for efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and automation customization.
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio .
  • Familiarity with data extensions, APIs, and integrations .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Developer ).
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud integration.
  • Knowledge of Einstein AI, Interaction Studio (Personalization), and Datorama (Marketing Intelligence) .
  • Previous work in multi-channel marketing environments (SMS, Push, Ads).
