Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an acute care setting during day shift hours
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 10 patient visits per day
• Document patient care and progress using the Epic electronic health records system
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of West Virginia or eligibility for licensure
• Valid, unexpired driver's license — a copy must be submitted with all applications
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• No false/artificial nails permitted per facility infection control policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior acute care physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic documentation system
• Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume patient caseload
