We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team at Verdant Tree Farm. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning a variety of landscaping projects for our residential, commercial, and developer clients. Leveraging our extensive selection of trees, palms, and shrubs, you will create beautiful, sustainable, and functional outdoor spaces. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their landscape projects. * Develop detailed site plans, drawings, and 3D renderings. * Select appropriate plant materials from our nursery to meet project requirements and site conditions. * Work closely with our installation teams to ensure designs are executed flawlessly. * Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and long-term maintenance. * Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Landscape Architect. * Strong portfolio of previous design work. * Expert knowledge of plant materials, especially those suitable for the Houston climate. * Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). * Excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to work with a vast and superior selection of plant materials. * A collaborative environment with a team of dedicated professionals. * Involvement in high-profile projects for notable clients. * A key role in a reputable and growing company committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
