Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract assignment. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and students, providing dedicated 1:1 services to help children reach their communication goals. What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
- Adaptable, compassionate approach tailored to diverse student needs
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 speech and language therapy to students, both assessing and addressing communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Work collaboratively with classroom staff, special education teams, and families
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
- Promote student engagement and maximize learning opportunities
