Bar staff are the second impression made on guests while they are at the bar. Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for our guests experiences to ensure they are tuned into loyal fans.

Duties include:

Open to close and close to open.

Verify guests are the legal drinking age, according to state guidelines.\ Exceptional menu knowledge to concisely answer question on all aspects of the different menu categories.

Communicate with management if guest has questions, concerns, or complaints.

Taking guests drink and food orders correctly entering that into POS system while making drinks for the rest of the severs in the restaurant.

Exceptional knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, beers, and other beverages to better aid guests.

Perform other maintenance duties/side work management has assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 of age or over

• Capacity to give fan winning customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

• Good verbal communication skills

• A smile loudly positive attitude.

• Ability to work standing for a significant amount of time

• An eye for details.

• Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
