About the Role:

Brick Psychiatric Services TMS and Spravato is looking for a passionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team in Manasquan, NJ — and we're ready to hire immediately! Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of psychiatric conditions
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with ongoing monitoring and adjustments
• Support and oversee patients undergoing TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Spravato (esketamine) therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management

Requirements:

• Active PMHNP certification and valid New Jersey state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health specialization
• DEA license and prescriptive authority in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with TMS therapy and/or Spravato (esketamine) treatment protocols is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
