The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Divisional Lead for Property and Casualty Insurance. This role is ideal for a high-performing, entrepreneurial producer with a strong desire for ownership, leadership, and leaving a legacy in the industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a division or a specific geography, with a focus on team building, growth, and regaining control of their career trajectory. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President, Divisional Lead include developing and executing a strategic plan for the division, mentoring and developing a team, and being at the helm of the practice to support the team's success. While a moveable book is not a requirement, a solid plan for the first three years is essential.
