Are you an experienced wood CNC Technician who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? We are a high-end custom cabinet manufacturer seeking a skilled professional with strong technical CNC experience to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the technical aspects of CNC machines — including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and program adjustments — and who values quality in every detail.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Technician to join our high-end custom cabinet manufacturing team. This role requires strong technical CNC experience, the ability to operate machinery efficiently, and a solid understanding of the mechanical and programming aspects of CNC equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision craftsmanship and thrives in a quality-driven production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery for custom cabinet components
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
• Load materials and ensure proper machine calibration and tooling setup
• Edit CNC programs as needed to improve efficiency and maintain accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Proven CNC technical experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machine setup
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
