What you’ll do: Provide individual, group, and family counseling Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning Deliver prevention curriculum and classroom presentations Coordinate care, referrals, and case management Support outreach, social media, and community engagement Collaborate with school staff and partners Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health (or equivalent experience) Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean abstract Ability to pass background check and work with youth Preferred: CSAC, CPS, or other behavioral health credential (or willingness to obtain) Experience with adolescents and/or prevention work Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 31.5 hours/week (T/Th/S all day, W/F afternoons) Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage 403(b), life insurance, and more Training, supervision, and certification support Apply: Email cover letter and resume Subject line: Site Counselor for Adolescents – Waipahu #J-18808-Ljbffr Hinamauka
