What You'll Do

• Create, maintain, and organize medical records, files, logs, and related documents ensuring confidentiality and security
• Sort, label, file, and retrieve documents in accordance with facility procedures
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and monitor sign-in/out logs
• Prepare routine medical and dental reports as needed
• Monitor outside referrals and coordinate the transfer of medical records
• Read and comprehend medical instructions, correspondence, policies, and reports
• Assist in daily administrative functions to support clinical operations

What You Need

• ICE clearance (processing time 4-6 weeks) – US Citizenship required
• Prior experience with medical records or administrative support in healthcare preferred
• Ability to read and understand medical instructions and policies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
