TANF Workforce Case Manager: Drive Employment Progress

The Fedcap Group

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Case Manager for the Washington, DC TANF Workforce Development program. You will be the main point of contact for TANF customers referred by DC DHS, coordinate services, monitor engagement, and support customers through their first year of employment. You will develop trusted relationships with participants, manage a caseload of about 50, conduct weekly interactions, and collaborate with providers to help participants achieve meaningful progress toward employment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fedcap Group
