Group Technical Architect

To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include bridging the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives. The role also involves spearheading the architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, it requires ensuring knowledge up-gradation and working with new technologies to ensure the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements. The position also involves reviewing architecture and design deliverables to ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and architectural standards, establishing and enforcing governance/compliance measures, training and developing the team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology, and mitigating delivery risks. Furthermore, it includes designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications using modern UI frameworks, building scalable and reusable UI components and frontend architectures, integrating frontend applications with backend services and REST APIs, participating in Agile development practices, collaborating with UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, and proficiency in Claude Code, API integration, and MCP server integration. Skill requirements include frontend development with React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, backend development with Python using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, experience handling authentication, authorization, and secure API access, databases with strong experience in MongoDB (NoSQL) and SQL/relational databases, DevOps & tools with proficiency in Git, Docker, and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, exposure to CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes, and AI skills with proficiency in Claude Code for AI-assisted development and automation, and hands-on experience with API integration and MCP server integration.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
