The successful applicant will help our client researching and analyzing operational activities to help increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service and optimize overall operations by identifying more efficient ways to manage resources. Daily Tasks Conduct research and gather data from various sources in response to inquiries from internal and external entities and keep department leadership apprised of matters that may impact the delivery of the department’s mission. Provide strategic support, guidance, and management for a broad range of projects to include program and policy assignments pertinent to the mission of the department. Develop, monitor, and coordinate viable strategic activities and programs to enhance organizational management/development opportunities. Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field. Work Experience Seven (7) years of experience analyzing business problems and coordinating business improvement projects in a large scale organization; Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and implementing complex, high-profile projects and programs. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word. Communication Tool: Slack or Teams. Working Hours and Overtime Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
