Assistant Repair Technician-Electronics

The Job Center Staffing is hiring 1st and 2nd shift Assistant Repair Technicians in Coatesville, PA. This is a great opportunity for a temp-to-hire placement.

$18.00 per hour 1st shift

Monday through Friday - 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 2nd Shift 3:30pm to 11:30 or Weekend Friday - Sunday

Responsibilities

Analyze failed phones according to established methods and procedures
Resolve technical issues within the schedule and provide a break-and-fix solution
Disassemble and reassemble the cell phone (with training)
Remove the LCD from the back housing and replace it with a new one
Remove the motherboard and battery
Replace screws and make component replacements
Must be flexible to do other assigned responsibilities depending on where needed

Requirements

Experience using small power tools - drilling, cutting, cordless drills, etc.
Electronic repair is preferred
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience disassembling and reassembling electronics
Can work independently after training
