Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fallout, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards. Job Description Assist in the development of quality management systems throughout the company. Oversee and engage Calibration database maintaining external calibration processes of test and measurement equipment. Assess and evaluate data related to inspection, test and reliability reporting. Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports required by internal and external customers meeting strict deadlines. Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up. Conduct process audits for ISO9001:2015 and EMS14001 standards. Updating and maintaining documents related to management systems. Support internal and external audits conducted onsite, as needed to meet regulatory and standards requirements. Work with various internal and global partners within Production, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Program Management and Procurement to ensure quality standards are met. Develop proactive solutions and ensure effective and timely closure of audit findings. Perform additional assessment and analysis as assigned. Qualifications College degree, or relevant discipline plus 3 years of experience including a combination of 2+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in quality control, leadership and/or equivalent combination of experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business procedures, technical processes, and regulatory standards. Working advance knowledge of MS Office programs; Word, PowerPoint and advance excel experience required. Hands-on experience with quality management systems, ISO QMS/EMS auditing or training preferred. Established ability prioritizing and managing multiple projects to meet strict deadlines. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and diverse environment across functions to produce expected results. Able to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings.
