Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient Ortho) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Location: 189 West Main Street, Forest City, NC 28043 We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. Compensation Compensation Range: $30-40 per hour Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: bonus/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance.
