We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Membership Director to lead membership growth, engagement, and retention while delivering the elevated, personalized experience our members expect. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on building relationships, connecting people, and creating a strong sense of community. The Role The Membership Director will oversee the full membership lifecycle, from prospective member outreach and acquisition to onboarding, engagement, and retention. Serving as a primary ambassador for Cattlemen’s Club, this individual will cultivate relationships with members, business leaders, and community partners while driving membership growth and ensuring an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate combines strong business development instincts with a genuine passion for hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team. Key Responsibilities Membership Growth & Business Development Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and achieve membership and revenue goals. Proactively identify and cultivate prospective members through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. Manage the membership application, onboarding, engagement, and retention process. Build relationships with business leaders, influential individuals, and organizations throughout the Fort Worth community. Represent Cattlemen’s Club at relevant events and networking opportunities. Member Experience & Retention Deliver a highly personalized, relationship-driven membership experience. Serve as a trusted point of contact for members, anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Develop initiatives and programs that encourage member participation, loyalty, and long-term retention. Collaborate with the events and operations teams to create memorable member experiences. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and reduce membership attrition. Leadership & Operations Lead, coach, and support the membership and reception teams. Establish clear expectations, performance goals, and accountability. Work closely with club leadership, hospitality operations, and events teams to ensure a seamless member experience. Maintain accurate membership records and effectively utilize CRM and membership management systems. Monitor membership performance, including acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue. Use member feedback and performance data to continuously improve the club experience. Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in membership management, private clubs, luxury hospitality, relationship management, or a related field. Demonstrated success in sales, business development, networking, or membership acquisition. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships. A polished, professional presence and confidence engaging with executives, business owners, and high-profile clientele. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team. Proficiency with CRM platforms, membership management software, or similar systems. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a private membership club, luxury hospitality environment, or relationship-driven sales role. Established relationships within the Fort Worth or greater DFW business community. Familiarity with membership platforms such as PeopleVine.
