A favorite meal, a warm smile, and a familiar face can bring comfort, connection, and joy to a resident's day. Many of our residents live with dementia, mental illness, behavioral health conditions, or other challenges. A positive dining experience can help them feel valued, supported, and at home. That's why we're looking for Dietary Aides who understand that every meal served is an opportunity to make someone's day better.As a Dietary Aide, you play an important role in our residents' quality of life. Responsibilities include:Preparing resident meal trays according to dietary instructionsServing food in a friendly, respectful mannerDelivering meals, snacks, and supplies throughout the communityAssisting with food preparation and meal serviceStocking food storage areas and refrigeratorsWashing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipmentMaintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and dining areasFollowing food safety and infection control proceduresSupporting teammates to ensure smooth meal serviceHelping create a positive dining experience for every residentMost importantly, you'll build relationships with residents and help create meaningful moments every day.Job Type: Full time and part time available. Morning and evening shifts available. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.
