About the Role We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to sit at the intersection of engineering, partners, and product. This role is ideal for a senior software engineer who has spent years building production systems and now wants to work closer to customers—without leaving hands‑on engineering behind. You’ll work directly with strategic partners, operators, and internal product teams to deliver high‑impact solutions quickly, while ensuring that bespoke work feeds back into scalable, reusable platform capabilities. This is not a support or solutions‑only role: you’ll write real production code, influence core architecture, and help shape the Partner Engineering roadmap. This role requires someone who came up through a mid–senior SWE track and is comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating messy real‑world constraints into durable software. Office Location We are a hybrid company based in the Bay Area with offices in both San Francisco & Menlo Park.
