The Sullivan Automotive Group is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our growing service teams at our dealerships located in Avon and Torrington, Connecticut.

We are looking for professional, customer-focused individuals who can effectively communicate with customers and technicians to ensure every service visit is efficient, transparent, and exceeds expectations. What You'll Do

Greet customers and assist them with vehicle service needs Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status Provide repair estimates and obtain customer approvals Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude
