Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Acute Rehab settings is required; SNF experience preferred. Experience providing primarily 1:1 patient care; minimal concurrent or group treatment preferred. Familiarity with NetHealth and PCC EMR systems preferred. Ability to perform productivity expectations: approximately 85% production; evaluations commonly 90 minutes, follow-up visits 15–45 minutes. Comfort working in a short-term, 45-bed SNF focused on short-term/acute care (no long-term, ALF, or memory care). Resume required for submission. Preferred: prior experience in fast-paced short-term SNF or acute rehab environments.
