Incident & Change Management Manager - Evening Shift

This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Overall Purpose This position plays a critical role in the change, incident and problem management responsibilities. The role ensures that consistent responses and artifacts are provided for all audits and Business Recovery Exercises. This position requires a shift schedule. The work hours for this position are 3:00pm - 11:00pm MST. Essential Functions Oversee and manage the Change Management function including the administering the Change Acceptance Board (CAB) meetings. Oversee the completeness and accuracy of change tickets within the change control policies and procedures as documented. Assume the role of Incident Coordinator for Severity 1 incidents Oversee the Problem Management Process and coordinate the resolution of business impacts across IT. Assume the role of Incident Coordinator for Production Disaster Recovery Programs ensuring that the severity 1 procedures meet all Business Continuity Management Governance requirements. Create, edit and maintain applicable department policies and procedures documents. Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data Minimum Qualifications Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts verbally and written Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience Typically, a minimum of 5 years of related work experience Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity planning and execution Strong research and analytical skills Prior experience working with ITIL, ITSM and Project Management frameworks Certifications in Business Continuity Professional Programs (CBCP, CBCI, MBCP) Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Business Continuity Professional Programs (CBCP, CBCI, MBCP) Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management The above job description is not intended to be an all‑inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. The base pay scale for this position in Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL / Washington, DC in USD per year is: $95,000 - $116,000. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
