Position Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing and treating patients within the department. They will supervise patient scheduling and flow, working under the supervision of the PT Director to ensure quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patient function, mobility, and range of motion. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments. Document patient progress and responses to treatment daily. Collaborate professionally with patients, families, and staff. Participate in program development and staff meetings to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications Current, unencumbered physical therapy license. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. CPR certification. Additional Details Reports to: PT Director Job Type: Full-time Benefits include: Dental, health, vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts. Experience: Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required. Location: In person in Memphis, TN.
