Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for a Python/AI Engineer to join a global consulting firm, supporting various internal IT & Operational functions. This position falls within the AI Center of Excellence, to support building key prioritized Generative AI solutions to achieve the companies functional AI/Gen AI vision. The core requirement of this role is strong Python development experience supporting end to end SDLC process. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Microservices Architecture/Build, API integration, and experience working with both structured and unstructured data. As the Python/AI Engineer, you are expected to have expertise in in Gen AI development (Multi agentic architecture, Agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, APIs development etc.). Excellent communication skills and professionalism are a must, as you will work cross functionally, collaborating with executives. This position is 100% remote but must sit in India working 11:00-7:00 PM IST.

Pay-rate: $15-20/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

Skills and Requirements

-Overall 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering with full exposure to the entire SDLC process.

-Advanced Python Development experience, at minimum 5 years of hands-on coding experience with Python

-Experience with Microservices Architecture/Build and API integrations.

-Working knowledge of automation and LLM/Agentic workflows

-2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale

-Strong Experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG), multi agent architectures driven solutions e..g Langgraph, AutoGen, Crew.ai, Agent SDK.

-Highly curious and fast learner who is keenly keeping pace with latest and greatest happening in Gen AI and agentic AI space

-Experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to partner directly with executive stakeholders

-Experience in applying MLOps/LLMOps principles to deploy, monitor models and implement automated CI/CD pipelines

-Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails to evaluate and monitor outputs quality, control hallucinations -Experience in the consulting industry
