Electromechanical Assembler

Our client, a leader in high-precision manufacturing supporting the semiconductor industry, is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly of critical components used in advanced technology applications. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Location: Elk River, MN

Pay Rate: $23.16/hour

Position Type: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire

Shift:  Training for 1st four weeks (7:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday) then transition to 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 1:00AM Monday - Thursday)

What's the Job?

• Assemble high-pressure regulators and metal components in a clean room environment
• Read blueprints and work instructions to build products from start to finish
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly equipment to complete tasks
• Perform helium and functionality testing on assembled products
• Maintain clean room standards and document production activities accurately

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and written instructions
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident due to government regulations
