What You'll Do Represent client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment. Educate customers on products and services while identifying solutions that meet their needs. Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships. Assist with promotional marketing campaigns and retail events. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and company goals. Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, sales, and marketing techniques. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive coaching. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
