Housekeeping Night Cleaner | Full-Time

Job Description Hourly Rate: $27.78 Shift: PM Shift / Overnights As a Night Cleaner, you are responsible for cleaning the front and heart of the house areas, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues. Clean and reset assigned areas of the resort in accordance with standard housekeeping procedures. Areas may include, but are not limited to: restaurants, kitchen, public/common areas, pool deck and the heart of house. Maintain inventory of necessary supplies. Report necessary maintenance items. Respond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels etc. Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand. Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any malfunctioning equipment. Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests. Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Schedule Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is an asset. Experience Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
