Collaborate with others in plant to ensure the production plan matches customer demand. Verify your leadership team has everything they need to succeed. Observe the current state of affairs in the plant to identify where we can do better now. Look to the future and identify what can be done now to perform better and develop the plan to get there. Collaborate internally and across PSI to produce the best quality and service to our customers. To thrive in this role, you must Have proven metal processing operations management experience.
