Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Potential Earnings Average compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288 (location and personal success dependent). Top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year, and in California the first 12 months range from $53,654.40 to $89,534.40. Compensation Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments. Responsibilities Represent Sunrun brand in partner retail stores. Schedule appointments and drive sales of solar and storage solutions. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers. Educate customers about renewable energy, solar, and storage options. Qualifications Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and genuine passion for the mission. Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius of the assigned territory. Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
