We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments using forklifts, and pallet jacks to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners to accurately track inventory levels and process orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes.
• Stock shelves and storage areas systematically, maintaining organized inventory for easy access and retrieval.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and inspecting incoming goods for quality.
• Utilize basic math skills to count stock items, calculate quantities, and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the warehouse environment to promote a secure workspace.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience operating forklifts, clamp forklifts, pallet jacks, is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and inventory stocking techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all warehouse activities.
