Divisional HR Coordinator

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable HR regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with managers to post job openings, screen applications, and support recruitment efforts. -
• Manage new hire processing and coordinate employee setup with Corporate IT.
• Support payroll operations by reviewing, correcting, and securing approval for employee timesheets.
• Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions and terminations
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations concerns and escalating issues as needed to corporate HR leadership
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives
• Be available to answer employee questions concerning benefits and HR policies
• comfortable being a team of one
• no direct managing of reports
Required Skills & Experience
• 2-4+ years of HR experience
• Strong employee relations experience
• Experience utilizing ATS or HRIS platforms (Paycom, Bullhorn)
• ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be an effective communicator
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• experience with (Taleo, Peop0le Soft)
