Banquet Houseperson Lead Supervisor – Responsibilities Train, instruct, and supervise Banquet House persons in room set‑ups, break‑downs, refreshes, and cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to meet health and safety standards. Read function sheets, issue assignments, and inspect rooms to ensure proper set‑ups. Move packages and boxes from meeting rooms to appropriate areas. Maintain the cleaning schedule of all meeting rooms and ballrooms so they remain presentable at all times. Maintain a daily log of assignments, problems encountered, and other tasks outside the standard scope. Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome in meeting rooms and accommodate their requests.
