Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Staff Accountant to process transactions accurately, investigate financial discrepancies and assist with bank reconciliations. This role requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, ERP systems experience and excellent attention to detail. This temporary-to-hire role is in Walnut Creek, CA and the anticipated pay rate is $30/hr - $50/hr.

Responsibilities:

· Transfer funds to pay invoices and vendors

· Deposit receipts and process refunds

· Record all transactions through journal entries

· Prepare financial reports and analyses as requested

· Complete bank reconciliations

· Investigate financial discrepancies and research complex issues

· Assist with annual filing and preparation of 1099s

· Work on various accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Experience with ERP systems required

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong analytical skills

· Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities

Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
