This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support via ticketing system, phone, chat, and in person Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity Manage user accounts and password resets through Active Directory Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other devices Ensure systems and software remain consistent with company standards Qualifications: Help Desk or IT Support experience required Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Office 365 Administration Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Technical training or IT-related degree preferred If you’re ready to grow your IT career and enjoy hands-on technical support, we’d love to connect.
