You’ll help solve problems, answer questions, review coverage, and identify opportunities to better protect our customers and their families. - Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Build lasting relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that provide additional protection and value
- Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate new business
- Work closely with team members to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Customers feel valued, understood, and well-protected
- Relationships are strengthened through every interaction
- Problems are solved quickly and professionally
- New opportunities are uncovered through genuine conversations, not high-pressure sales tactics
