Inventory Coordinator - 1st Shift

Responsibilities: Participating in Prime/Reserve cycle counts Maintaining chase area, including cycle count Conducting investigations for missing stock Identifying and logging damaged products Removing and logging short dated items Putaway of product Tasking Qualifications: 1-2 years recent experience preferred Ability to operate warehouse PIT equipment – Order Selector preferred Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice Aptitude to work in a fast paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution quotas and performance standards Flexibility/adaptability coupled with good multi-tasking skills What is expected of you and others at this level: Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Adheres to all quality guidelines Works under moderate degree of supervision Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
