At American Place Casino, every moment is crafted to delight, every opportunity is a pathway to success.We are looking for an individual that can perform all receiving activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distribution of goods. This individual will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, delivering, and accounting for warehouse materials.What is expected of you:Receive, inspect, and count incoming goods against order and specificationsVerify against order for correctness and conditionCoordinate with Purchasing Department for return of goodsReport deviations from order to PurchasingStore materials in WarehouseFill orders & issue supplies upon receipt of approved requisitionsDeliver materials to user departmentVerify correctness of order with the receiving department and obtain authorized signature on warehouse receiving recordPrepare and maintain reports and records as requiredRespond to request for mail orders, exchanges and other guest relationsResponsible for preparation of inventories and conduct periodic spot checks, pre-counts and work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that established inventory procedures are maintainedAssist Food and Beverage in delivering food orders into kitchensEnsure warehouse facility is kept clean, orderly, safe, and secure at all timesWork closely with Purchasing DepartmentOther reasonable duties as assignedExperience you will need:High School/GED1-2 years' related experience1-2 year's of forklift experience (Required)Bilingual (Preferred)CDL License (Required)Valid Driver's LicensePhysical requirements:Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).Regularly required to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.Frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to handle and move materials.May be required to climb ladders or step stools to access inventory.Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms to handle, move, and operate tools or warehouse equipment.May be required to operate pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (with proper certification).Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.Benefits/Perks:Medical, Dental, Vision401KEducational Tuition ReimbursementVentra Program, Volunteer Time off (VTO)EAP programs, etc.Salary Range: $19-30American Place Casino is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
