Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Cadbury at Cherry Hill, a leading provider of healthcare services in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As an LPN Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and attention to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position offering $38 - $45 hourly, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care and services are delivered to residents and patients

• Evaluate patient/resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor patient/resident care and ensure compliance with care plans and policies

• Provide guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs to promote effective patient/resident care and improve overall patient satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient/resident care, incidents, and medications

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient/resident outcomes and quality of care

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff members

Requirements:

• Two years of experience as an LPN or equivalent

• Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey

• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
